Sven’s depth of knowledge assures a complete assessment of all outsourcing transactions, including the financial aspects involved in the transfer of personnel, third-party contracts and assets as well as the holistic design of technical and service management solutions. He has the experience to help clients see market and commercial opportunities, even in the most complex situations.
