Jenn and her team guide global organizations in ISG's Manufacturing and Health Sciences verticals. She leads ISG's go-to-market strategy for the Manufacturing and Automotive Industries and Health Sciences, including pharmaceutical, medical device, and medical product manufacturing and distribution companies. For over 20 years, Jenn has provided strategic advice on technology, information technology, business process provider sourcing, implementation of specific solutions, and the ongoing measurement, management, and governance of provider services, relationships, and contracts.

Dedicated to building strong, long-term relationships with each client, Andreas uses his broad perspective on the chemical, life sciences, health, transportation and public sectors to help you find the right IT service providers, to meet your business goals and get the most value out of your operating models and technology partnerships. He is excited to apply his deep knowledge of product digitization, IT management, digital transformation programs and governance best practices and to new sectors and clients in the DACH region.

Past achievements at ISG

• Led the transformation of a multi-brand OEM’s IT program from inception—assessing the future services landscape and crafting a financial plan—through execution and transition, resulting in the OEM’s adoption of a new, standardized service portfolio. 

• Implemented an innovative technology RFP framework for a large enterprise client, which became a much duplicated and well-known standard within the global client organization and provider space.

• Supported a client in founding and growing a new digital business unit—where the number of ISG employees on the project has quadrupled to keep up with the unit’s success and rapid expansion.

Michael Fullwood is a Partner in the ISG Health Sciences practice. He works with the senior leaders of our Life Science clients to transform and improve their enterprise operations, technology organizations and digital initiatives. He specializes in transformation value realization, cost optimization and operational excellence. He is a recognized thought leader and has authored several publications. 

Tobias Krotter has 13 years of professional experience in Management Consultancy which he applies to the benefit of ISG’s clients in his role as a Principal Consultant. He brings comprehensive expertise in the areas of Service Design (Sourcing Strategy, Target Operating Model) and Execution (Transaction, Transition and Transformation). Furthermore, he has a strong background on international Project Management, Compliance, Turnaround Management and Business Case.

Peter Magagna is a Business Development Executive with ISG Healthcare. 

Ray Shehata helps financial services organizations with all aspects of their IT, back-office, middle-office and customer-facing service alternatives. He is an accomplished professional with more than 14 years of financial services experience and is skilled in developing and leading digital strategies and assessments, and implementing IT and business process service agreements for large, multi-national corporations. Ray has expertise in assessing which functions are optimal to automate, outsource, offshore or re-engineer through shared services and determining the associated savings opportunity. In addition, he assists companies in evaluating their service delivery alternatives and designing appropriate governance organizations to manage the ongoing operations.

Rohan Sinha is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience as an analyst in the healthcare and life sciences industries. He has been at the forefront in offering strategic guidance to industry CIOs, leveraging a wealth of published research and extensive interactions with industry stalwarts. His work has been instrumental in shaping the strategies and decisions of organizations in these critical industries. Rohan also possesses a keen interest in the world of AI and GenAI, where he continually explores the significant impact of these cutting-edge technologies on the said industries. Rohan is currently a Principal Analyst at ISG, where his role includes handling IPL reports related to the healthcare and life sciences domains.

He has extensive expertise in outsourcing, business processes, sourcing management, organizational change management, IT management, new business development/pursuits, staffing and people care. Randy demonstrates creativity in solving client and business issues with local and global teams.
