ISG partner and global OCM leader Randy Geoghagan has more than 25 years of consistent success in building and deploying OCM programs worldwide. He founded TracePoint Consulting in 2009, after spending much of his career as a program manager running large-scale IT-system implementations for big companies, where he saw a clear marketplace need for people who understood the process of change and how to facilitate it well, with a strong focus on the employee experience. He grew TracePoint to appear on the Inc. 500 list of America’s fastest-growing companies, before ISG acquired the firm. Randy continues to take an active role guiding clients through large-scale initiatives with complex business, process and technology changes. He has a bachelor’s in management information systems from the University of Georgia and an MBA from Emory University.

Stacey Cadigan is an HR thought leader who is passionate about HR and talent management. With more than 20 years in HR, she has leveraged her deep experience and expertise to help clients achieve their strategic, operational, and financial objectives. Through her diverse experience in HR strategy, HRO operations, RPO, HR technology, and transitions, she has developed unique insight and the ability to ask the right questions in assisting organizations with finding solutions to effectively align their HR initiatives with their vision. Stacey was named “HR Thought Leader of the Year” in 2016 and “HRO Superstar” by HRO Today Services and Technology Association for 2016–2024.

As ISG’s Digital Engineering Solutions Lead Americas Matteo brings his 20+ years of experience in leading engagements both in the technical, business and financial areas. Thanks to his extensive experience both as Consultant and as a former Client, he offers ISG clients a comprehensive view of the challenges clients are facing and best way to address them. 

Chase Hawkins is a partner at ISG with deep experience in training, business transformation and organizational change management (OCM) across more than 250 projects. His specializations include OCM, alignment optimization, communications, client/provider relationship management and customer experience, and end-user training (EUT), plus training as a service (TaaS) strategy and execution, with success in both sales and delivery. He currently runs ISG OCM direct sales, as well as ISG’s global OCM partnerships with other providers, systems integrators and software companies. He has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Georgia and has won numerous professional awards.

Rob leads and manages the business software research and advisory team focusing on the intersection of information technology and applications across the front- and back-office areas of enterprises. Rob leads the Office of Finance practice and the AI for Business efforts and is a book author and thought leader on integrated business planning (IBP). Prior to ISG and two decades at Ventana Research, he was an equity research analyst at several firms including Credit Suisse, Morgan Stanley and Drexel Burnham, and a consultant with McKinsey and Company. Rob was an Institutional Investor All-American Team member and on the Wall Street Journal All-Star list. Rob earned his BA in Economics/Finance at Hampshire College, an MBA in Finance/Accounting at Columbia University and is a CFA charter holder.

As ISG's Partner and Global Service Line Lead of Software Advisory, Tyrone brings over 20 years of software transaction experience across significant enterprise software providers. Tyrone leads a global team focused on solving his clients' most complicated software sourcing challenges. Such services include BOM Optimization, Software Strategy, Value Realization, Audit Defense, Spend Waste elimination, and more. 

David manages the software research and advisory for IT and leads the expertise in AI.  He oversees the team and expertise areas for software used by IT and for what is used by business. David leads the software research efforts in AI for IT and AI-infused software building on over three decades of experience in data and analytics. For decades, he has brought to market leading-edge analytics and data products in marketing and product leadership positions at Pivotal (a division of EMC), Vertica Systems, Oracle, Applix, InforSense, and IRI Software. David earned his MS in Business from Bentley University and a BS in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.

Mary Rivard, Partner, with Information Services Group (ISG) is a seasoned executive with deep expertise in global sourcing management, strategic relations management, IT global program management, IT application development and finance. Mary’s expertise in driving innovation and operational transformation is a critical component of her extensive work with ISG clients across multiple geographies and industries.  At ISG, Mary works as a trusted advisor to her clients and brings deep subject matter expertise and experience as a change agent to her current role, leading the consulting specialty ‘Strategy Realization”.  This role includes the design and governance of client transformation programs as well as the quality and delivery assurance component of our consulting services.

Sandip utilizes his extensive experience implementing SAP and other ERP solutions for large organizations by providing practical advisory solutions for his clients that are based on his hands-on deployment expertise. His primary focus is helping clients build their ERP strategy and guiding them through the process of acquiring ERP solutions and systems integration services.
