Rate Card Benchmarking

Kathy Rudy is Partner and Chief, Data and Analytics, and head of the ISG Data, Analytics and Technology Office. She is responsible for linking all ISG data, analytics and technology capabilities globally to enhance the firm’s data products, develop AI and data-driven consulting assets, and increase our go-to-market effectiveness. She has supported hundreds of client organizations as they leverage data to drive greater efficiency and effectiveness in their IT operations, build measurement programs and support critical sourcing decisions. She was responsible for the development of ISG Inform™, the firm’s next-generation data-as-a-service platform solution, launched in 2019. Prior to joining ISG in 2000, Kathy was a member of the Unisys team that led the City of Chicago’s transition from internally delivered IT services to an outsourced environment. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University.

Julien oversees ISG’s IT and technology consulting and advisory teams across South Europe, Middle East and Africa. He works to make sure that clients are using the right technology to optimize their IT and Network/Telecoms operations, including workflow, efficiency, and that they’re getting the most from every interaction with their technology service providers. 

Chris leads ISG Data and Analytics in the Americas and is product owner of ISG Inform, a cloud-based benchmarking platform accessed via ISG’s website. Chris is also responsible for leading various activities in project delivery, including data analysis, financial modeling, data collection and validation, quality assurance, results presentations, and project management. He primarily works on Data and Analytics initiatives, performing IT Performance Benchmarks and Market Price Assessments Chris also has supported Strategy, Transaction, and Business Process Outsourcing projects.​

Chris Pattacini is a Partner at ISG, with more than 30 years of industry experience. As an experienced IT outsourcing and benchmarking consultant, Chris is a recognized industry leader who utilizes state of the art benchmarking tools for project-based support of outsourcing transactions for large corporate clients. Chris’s expertise includes market price intelligence for various business and IT services. He currently manages the ProBenchmark platform.

Mike is currently a Director, co-leading the America’s Data and Analytics Capability and providing strategic direction for ISG’s Holistic Cost Optimization practice. He is an outsourcing and benchmarking expert who is passionate about helping clients with competitiveness, finding strategic supplier partners, and creating global operating capabilities. He leverages his best practice IT outsourcing experience, global organization leadership, and benchmark expertise to help clients across industries achieve their goals.
